One of the areas the Practice together with our Patient Group want to focus on in 2023 is to improve how we both listen to and communicate with our patients, by hopefully using some of the expertise that one of our patients who may have a professional background in Communications or Public Relations, but also be able to provide the viewpoint from our patients’ perspective.
This is a great opportunity to help the Practice develop to meet the ongoing needs of all of our patient groups. Although on a voluntary basis, agreed expenses are reimbursed.
Ideally you would be able to provide a few hours each month to discuss and review current and proposed communication methods with the Practice Manager, Practice Communications Manager and Patient Group members to help the Practice in developing its patient communications strategy.
