For patients that would prefer not to download an Application or do not have access to a smart phone/tablet this functionality is also available online. Please visit the NHS App webpage to set up an online account.

How does the NHS App benefit patients?

One of the NHS App’s best features is that it links you directly to your GP practice.

The App connects to our system, meaning these functions are available to you even when the practice is closed. So, you can reorder a prescription as soon as you think of it or look for an appointment times that suit you. No waiting for the practice to be open, no phone calls and no need for extra trips to the practice.

Furthermore, if you need urgent help, you can also access NHS 111 directly through the App.
