The practice has five sites and we have considered patient accessibility at all sites with adjustments such as:

  • Automatic Doors
  • Lifts in practices with more than one level
  • Wheelchairs at each site, which can be borrowed if you are unable to bring your own and need help transferring to/from your vehicle
  • Wheelchair ramps
  • Wide Corridors
  • “Dropped” reception desks
  • Disabled Toilets
  • Disabled Parking Bays located close to the front doors
  • Guide or Assistance Dogs are welcome at the surgery but we ask that you are mindful of other patients who may have an allergy or fear of dogs
  • A hearing loop at each site (please ask a member of the patient services team if you would like to use this when you arrive)
