Waiting list information on the NHS App
While you are waiting for your hospital appointment or treatment, you can now use the NHS App to get the information you need while you wait to be seen.
A new NHS App feature has been launched for patients to view an estimated waiting time for your hospital treatment.
Instructions on how to find ‘Waiting Lists’ within the NHS App, below (this may vary slightly depending on which version of the app you have):
- Log in to your NHS App
- Select ‘Your Health’
- Select ‘Upcoming and past appointments’
- Select ‘Hospital referrals and appointments’
- See ‘Waiting Lists’ at the bottom of your screen
