TRING DISPENSARY UPDATE
As we work to relocate regular dispensing back to Tring we would like to update patients on our dispensary processes.
Our Pitstone site is working hard to meet demand and we would like to remind patients to please wait for a text message before confirming your prescription is ready to collect. We are transferring repeat medication back to Tring for collection where possible and your message will advise if this is the case. Waiting to be contacted saves wasted journeys for you and helps to manage the burden on our staff at Pitstone.
Please do not attend the practice to collect your prescription before receiving this text message unless you have been contacted by our Dispensary Team or a doctor has advised you to collect urgent medication.
We are grateful to our patients for your continued cooperation, support and patience. We will update further once the dispensary is operational again at our site in Tring.
