WE’RE GETTING THERE … HOPEFULLY OUR PATIENTS ARE NOTICING.
Shout out to our Patient Services team who are seriously improving how quickly they are able to answer the calls from our patients.
On average over the last few months we answer every call in under 3 minutes.
First thing in the morning will be longer, but we remind patients that with our GP Triage you don’t need to call at 8am. Patients can also use our online eConsult. If it is a busy period patients continue to get a call back.
Our call stats for today (23rd April 2024):
- Calls: 514
- Answered in under 1 min: 258 calls
- Answered between 1 & 5 mins: 222 calls
- Answered between 5 &10 mins: 29 calls
- Answered after 10 mins: 5 calls
We are aiming to do even better.
