We have some big news that we know our patients will be pleased to hear about!
We will be installing a new telephone system later this week that is more user friendly for staff with improved call monitoring, and improved user experience for patients.
Here are a few key features that we hope will improve your experience when contacting the practice:
🔹High Call Volume – although we aim to have higher numbers of staff available at busier times, patients have the option at very busy times to request a call-back from the surgery, whilst their place in the queue is maintained, instead of waiting on the line… saving time and money!
🔹Improved Integration with our clinic system – this means that when a patient speaks to any member of the practice team their information is automatically to hand, eliminating frustrating delays.
🔹It can be configured to inform patients with high quality voice messages at every stage of their journey.
We hope that our launch does not affect patients contacting the practice however there may be short periods of “down time” during launch day on Thursday 29th September 2022.
