New Leaf Recovery and Wellbeing College have now released their Spring newsletter.
In this release, there is focus on the benefits of being active, and exploration as to why exercise supports mental health recovery and how it changes the brain! College staff share what they’re doing to keep active, and upcoming events are discussed, such as National Autism Awareness month.
They also dive into changes to the college website, Neurodiversity celebration week and money worries and mental health, along with links to support options for financial support.
