Connect Health are commissioned by Herts and West Essex Integrated Care Board to provide the Integrated Musculoskeletal (MSK) service in West Hertfordshire which supports patients with conditions related to bones, soft tissues, muscles, joint and ligaments. They also help with other issues such as chronic pain, fatigue and balance.
Connect Health and the ICB are hosting a virtual service user engagement session on Wednesday 24th May at 7pm. They plan to provide an update on the services recovery after COVID and they want to better understand the needs of the local population as we all emerge from the pandemic.
They hope to learn from their patients, gather feedback from patients on positive and negative aspects of the service, and to learn from the wider community about how the MSK service can better contribute to the local community and reduce health inequalities.
If you would like to attend please let heather.aylward@nhs.net know and more details will be sent nearer the time.
