Hertfordshire Health Walks

Hertfordshire Health Walks (HHW) are free group walks aimed at helping the least active in the community increase their activity levels. There are more than 80 different walks to choose from in various locations across Hertfordshire. Their walks are for all abilities and fitness levels and are led by friendly volunteers – one at the front and one at the back –  to keep everyone together. Walks are graded between 20-30 minutes (First Steps) and up to 90 minutes (Grade 4) unless otherwise stated.
