Berkhamsted and Tring Stroke Support Group

The Group normally meets every fortnight on a Tuesday and they provide mental and physical exercises in a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

They have outings and lunches together, as well as quizzes and talks by invited speakers and they welcome new members, with whom they aim to inspire confidence in the community.

Their next meeting is on Tuesday 29th November, at Northchurch Social Centre, Bell Lane HP4 3RD. Please contact Ian Hines 01442-381606 for more details.
