Access eConsult through the NHS App
eConsult can now be accessed through the NHS App, allowing you to submit clinical or administrative queries, easily and not requiring you to call.
Patients can submit an eConsult for themselves or their child.
Instructions on how to find eConsult within the NHS App, below (this may vary slightly depending on which version of the app you have):
- Log in to your NHS App
- Select the ‘Advice’ button along the bottom of your screen.
- Select ‘Contact your GP about a health problem’ to submit a clinical eConsult form.
- Select ‘Contact your GP surgery for a document or update’ to submit an administrative eConsult form.
It will automatically enter your personal details into the eConsult form if accessed this way too.
