🎄Christmas Carers Coffee Morning🎄

We are hosting a Christmas Coffee Morning for our registered carers on Wednesday 20th December 2023, 10am-12pm at St Martha’s Church, Tring, HP23 6BL.

We would love to see our carers for a coffee, mince pies and a chat.

We have contacted our registered carers to invite them to this event however if you are a carer, are registered at the surgery and have not received an invite, we would love to see you there too. Please complete our register as a carer form so we can update our records for future events HERE.

Please feel free to come along anytime and bring a friend for support should you wish. We look forward to seeing you for our final meet up of 2023.
