What does 14 units of alcohol look like?

Posted on May 19th, 2023

The NHS recommends drinking no more than 14 units of alcohol per week, spread across three or more days.

Hertfordshire County Council have created a units factsheet that explains what 14 units equates to – use this and more resources to help stick to a healthy level of alcohol consumption and get more out of life.
