A new online mental health and advice service has launched for young people aged 10-25 in Hertfordshire.
The Sandbox replaces the previous service, Kooth, which ended on 31 March. Its website offers access to games, worksheets, group chats and online events for children, young people, and their parents/carers.
The Sandbox also provides access to online cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), or one to one support from professional therapists by text, phone, online chat or video call based on a triage of the young person’s needs.
