Young Onset Dementia Service

Hertswise is a countywide service designed to support people living with dementia, as well as their loved ones and carers.
 
They provide a Young Onset Dementia Service which supports those under 65 who are living with dementia, including those who have a learning disability in addition to their diagnosis.
