Do you want to live better, feel better, and achieve better health in 2025?

The Living Well Group 2025 commences on Friday 17 January. It is four sessions, one a fortnight, at Tring Squash Club, 1000-1130, on 17Jan, 31 Jan, 14 Feb, and 28 Feb.

The Living Well Group program is a unique opportunity to access the best support for healthy lifestyle habits, facilitated by Health and Wellbeing Coach Claire Winzar and Paramedic Natalie Hartley.

It covers topics including behaviour change, nutrition, activity, meaning, purpose, connections, sleep, stress management, and more.

It is a supportive group of 8-12 participants, and includes a sample physical activity session each time, e.g. mobility sequence, resistance band etc (that are adapted to suit all abilities), and an intro to services available at your practice, and in the local community.

Benefits achieved by participants in Herts ICB are: weight loss, felt better, more energy, reduced blood pressure, reduced blood glucose, reduced cholesterol, and felt more in control of their health!
