Shape Up – Free 12 Week Weight Loss Course
Shape Up is a free 12 week course, they focus on nutritional advice and fun physical activity for Men aged 18-65. The programme starts next week and is run by Watford FC.
The course will take place at Laureate Academy in Hemel Hempstead.
